This policy covers Zeno's parent text updates, operated by Streben Labs, Inc.
Information we use
We store the mobile number you provide and your choice about receiving texts, along with the date, the form used, and the consent wording shown to you. When you use the form inside your family account, the record is connected to that account. Choices submitted on the public form are stored separately. We use it to manage your text preferences and document permission.
Mobile information stays private
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. This includes your SMS opt-in data and consent status.
We may share information with Telnyx, phone carriers, and service providers only as needed to operate and deliver Zeno's text messaging service. We do not share SMS consent for purposes unrelated to that service.
Your choice
Text updates are optional. You can withdraw permission by saving the consent form with the box unchecked. For the public form, use the same browser you used to submit it, or contact us for help. Once messaging is active, you can also reply STOP to a Zeno text to opt out or HELP for help.
You can download your family's records or request deletion from your family account. For public-form records, or questions about your mobile information, access, deletion, or withdrawal of consent, contact brian@zenothetutor.com.
