SMS Terms

Zeno parent text updates are operated by Streben Labs, Inc. The program provides U.S. parents and guardians with texts about their child's tutoring: session updates, progress notifications, session coordination, and replies to parent support questions.

Signing up

To join, provide your mobile number, check the SMS consent box on our public form or in your family account, and save your preferences. Providing a number alone does not enroll you. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or use of tutoring.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with tutoring activity and support conversations. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.

Stopping texts and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help when you receive a Zeno text. You can also save your preferences with the consent box unchecked in your family account or on the public form in the same browser. If you no longer have that browser, contact us to withdraw consent.
